Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are only accepted if the wrong items were accidentally shipped to you. Even though this happens very rarely - if this occurs, please get in touch with me by submitting Contact form and provide details of your order.

In case your parcel was damaged or lost during delivery total cost of your order will be refunded. Since such cases almost never happen, each case will be handled individually, just fill out the contact form with your order details via Contact section.

In the event that an order is refused before delivery, or not collected from the local post office/pick up point, a refund for the total amount of the goods, minus a 10% handling fee will be processed once the goods have been received back in good condition. Shipping costs are not refundable in this case.

Shipping

Any orders placed through my shop updates are packed and shipped within 7 working days following the purchase. Once the parcel is sent, it would be normally delivered in the following 5 working days within Lithuania. For orders placed from abroad, these times may vary and be as long as 2-3 weeks depending on the country of destination.

Delivery costs may vary depending on destination country and the total weight of your order.

There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped outside European Union. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

Recommended care

My ceramics made with high fired stoneware clay and made as light as possible, meaning it has thin walls which are easy to chip and more fragile comparing to mass produced wares, so handle your ceramics with care. Wash carefully by hand only, if possible, without a soap or other liquids that may be absorbed by clay body and affect the taste of your beverage. Usually warm water and soft sponge is more than enough to remove tea or coffee stains. Baking soda also does a great job removing the stains without leaving any smell or taste.

Some pieces may appear little different from that pictured. All of my pieces are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item when it comes to colour, form and exact volume of the vessel.
